At Victory Drugs, our vision of Total Health for All goes far beyond providing quality medicines and healthcare services. It includes promoting wellness, empowering communities, and investing in the future — one child, one family, one life at a time. In line with this commitment, we proudly celebrated Children’s Day 2026 with a special outreach designed to educate, inspire, and create joyful memories for children within our community.

The event was a vibrant blend of learning, fun, and meaningful engagement, reflecting our dedication to raising healthier, happier, and more informed generations.

Building Healthy Habits Early

Good health begins with good habits, and Children’s Day offered the perfect opportunity to nurture them. During the outreach, children participated in interactive health and wellness sessions that emphasized the importance of personal hygiene and healthy living. Through lively demonstrations and discussions, they learned proper handwashing techniques and simple, practical ways to stay healthy.

By introducing these habits early, we aim to empower children with knowledge that supports their overall well-being and helps them make healthier choices throughout their lives.

Good health begins with good habits — and childhood is the best time to build them.

Connecting Children’s Day with World Malaria Day

Children of different age groups also took part in an engaging quiz competition focused on one of the most debilitating diseases affecting children in tropical countries like Nigeria — malaria.

Malaria is preventable, treatable, and curable, yet it claims the life of a child every minute, with Nigeria bearing the highest malaria burden in the world. To deepen awareness, we connected World Malaria Day to Children’s Day by making the quiz available in the pharmacy for a week, allowing children to participate voluntarily. The champions were celebrated and rewarded on Children’s Day as part of the festivities.

This initiative helped children learn about malaria in a fun, memorable way while reinforcing the importance of prevention and early treatment.

Knowledge is a powerful shield. When children understand malaria, they become part of the solution.

Fun, Learning, and Laughter

True to the spirit of Children’s Day, the outreach featured exciting quiz competitions, games, and recreational activities that encouraged learning, teamwork, and creativity. The enthusiasm and energy displayed by the children transformed the day into a memorable celebration filled with laughter, curiosity, and excitement.

These activities reminded us that learning can be both educational and enjoyable, helping children build confidence and a lifelong love for knowledge.

Every smile reminds us that investing in children is investing in the future.

Moments of Togetherness

No celebration is complete without moments of connection. Children enjoyed refreshments and had the opportunity to interact, play, and build friendships in a warm, happy atmosphere while they went home with gift packs from our partners.

Their bright smiles and infectious joy reinforced the importance of creating experiences that nurture not only physical health but also emotional and social well-being, an essential part of our vision of Total Health for All.

This impactful outreach was made possible through the support and collaboration of our valued partners, whose shared commitment to community health and child wellness helped bring the event to life.
